📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population • Focus on clinical care while the company handles billing, insurance, and credentialing • Set personal hours and availability and choose which referrals to accept • Build a diverse caseload through the company’s referral network • Work with an independently licensed supervisor and accrue hours toward full licensure • Conduct mental health assessments • Apply knowledge of mental health diagnoses • Craft effective, personalized treatment plans • Collaborate with clients to achieve their goals • Conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Valid LAC or LMS license in good standing in the state of Arizona • Master’s degree in Counseling • At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages are a plus • Currently working toward independent licensure • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Currently located in Arizona
