📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population • Carry an independent caseload and practice under own license • Use independent clinical judgment and treatment approach • Decide which referrals to take and build an appropriate caseload • Conduct confidential virtual sessions from a HIPAA-compliant home office • Manage documentation and Medicaid compliance • Build treatment plans and make diagnostic judgments • Collaborate with clients to achieve their goals

🎯 Requirements

• Valid LCSW-C license in good standing in Maryland • Master's degree in Social Work • At least 2 years of hands-on therapy or assessment experience • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet • Fluency in English • Confident diagnostic judgment across a range of presentations • Skill in building treatment plans • Experience independently managing a caseload, including documentation and Medicaid compliance • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Currently located in Maryland • Currently independently licensed
