📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population • Accrue clinical hours toward licensure • Grow through continuing education with supervision built in • Build a schedule with a steady caseload and consistent paycheck • Collaborate with clients to achieve their goals • Conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies • Craft effective, personalized treatment plans • Focus on client care while administrative staff manage scheduling, insurance, and billing • Help shape the direction of a growing practice • Help close gaps in access to behavioral healthcare

🎯 Requirements

• Valid LCSW license in good standing in Massachusetts • Master's degree in Social Work • At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Proficiency in Spanish preferred • Additional languages are a plus • Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans • Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
