📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population • Carry an independent caseload and practice under your own license • Use your own clinical judgment and treatment approach • Decide which referrals to accept and build an appropriate caseload • Conduct confidential virtual sessions from a HIPAA-compliant home office • Manage documentation and Medicaid compliance • Build treatment plans and support clients in achieving their goals • Work alongside Third Space Therapy while maintaining clinical autonomy

🎯 Requirements

• Valid LCPC license in good standing in the state of Maryland • Master's degree in Counseling • At least 2 years of hands-on therapy or assessment experience • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred • Additional languages are a plus • Confident diagnostic judgment across a range of presentations • Skill in building treatment plans over the course of care • Experience managing a caseload independently, including documentation and Medicaid compliance
