📋 Description

• Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure • Support associates while they deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community • Supervise according to professional judgment and Arizona board requirements • Guide associates through licensure • Support documentation and compliance related to Medicaid work • Collaborate with associates as they build their clinical skills

🎯 Requirements

• Valid LCSW license in good standing in Arizona • Board approval to provide clinical supervision • Master’s degree in Social Work • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus • Deep clinical experience and sound diagnostic judgment • Ability to provide developmental feedback to associates • Comfort supporting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance
