📋 Description

• Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists • Provide supervision as they provide telehealth services to the Medicaid community • Guide and mentor emerging therapists, helping them accumulate clinical hours for full licensure • Shape and cultivate our practice's culture • Support the next generation of therapists in their professional growth

🎯 Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work • A valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of Colorado • Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools • A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
