📋 Description

• Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure • Support associates as they deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community • Supervise according to professional judgment and the Florida board's requirements • Guide the next generation of clinicians through licensure • Support associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• A valid LCSW - QS license in good standing in the state of Florida, with board approval to provide clinical supervision • A Master’s degree in Social Work • A proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, own computer, and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Proficiency in Spanish preferred; additional languages a plus • Deep clinical experience and sound diagnostic judgment • Collaborative spirit to work alongside associates • Skill in giving developmental feedback • Comfort supporting associates through Medicaid documentation and compliance
