📋 Description

• Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians • Support associates as they work toward full licensure • Deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community • Supervise according to professional judgment and board requirements • Guide the next generation of clinicians through licensure • Expand access to mental health care for Medicaid members • Work alongside associates as they build their skills • Support associates through Medicaid documentation and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Valid LMHC license in good standing in Florida, with board approval to provide clinical supervision • Master’s degree in Counseling • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus • Deep clinical experience and sound diagnostic judgment • Collaborative approach to working alongside associates • Skill in giving developmental feedback • Comfort supporting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance
