📋 Description

• Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure • Support associates delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community • Supervise according to personal professional judgment and board requirements • Guide the next generation of clinicians through licensure • Expand access to mental health care for Medicaid members • Work alongside associates as they build clinical skills • Provide feedback that develops clinicians • Support associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Valid LPCC-S license in good standing in Ohio, with board approval to provide clinical supervision • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, own computer, and reliable internet • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus • Deep clinical experience and sound diagnostic judgment • Collaborative approach when working with associates • Skill in providing developmental feedback • Comfort supporting Medicaid documentation and compliance work • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Current residence in Ohio • Independent licensure and board approval to supervise associates in Ohio • Prior supervision of associates to full licensure in Ohio • Prior therapy or counseling experience with Medicaid patients
