📋 Description

• Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure • Support associates delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community • Supervise according to professional judgment and the Colorado board’s requirements • Guide the next generation of clinicians through licensure • Collaborate with associates as they build clinical skills • Provide feedback that develops clinicians • Support documentation and compliance aspects of Medicaid work

🎯 Requirements

• Valid LPC license in good standing in Colorado for a minimum of 2 years • Board approval to provide clinical supervision in Colorado • Master’s degree in Counseling • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus • Deep clinical experience and sound diagnostic judgment • Collaborative approach to working with associates • Skill in providing developmental feedback • Comfort supporting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance
