📋 Description

• Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure • Support clinicians delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community • Supervise according to professional judgment and the licensing board’s requirements • Guide associates through the licensure process • Provide feedback that develops clinicians’ skills • Support associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance work • Work alongside associates in a collaborative supervision relationship

🎯 Requirements

• A valid LPC license in good standing in the state of Michigan, with board approval to provide clinical supervision • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or similar • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus • Deep clinical experience and sound diagnostic judgment • Collaborative approach to working alongside associates • Skill in providing developmental feedback • Comfort supporting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance
