📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population • Focus on clinical care while Third Space Therapy handles billing, insurance, and credentialing • Select referrals and establish personal working hours and availability • Build a diverse caseload through the referral network • Conduct therapy, counseling, and assessments • Develop effective, personalized treatment plans • Apply knowledge of mental health diagnoses to inform care • Collaborate with clients to achieve their goals • Conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies • Accrue hours toward full licensure with supervision support

🎯 Requirements

• A valid LPC license in good standing in the state of Ohio • A Master’s degree in Counseling • At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus • Currently located in Ohio • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
