• Combine the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. • Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists, providing supervision as they provide telehealth services to the Medicaid community and accumulate the clinical hours required for their full licensure. • Play a key part in shaping the practice's culture and influencing the next generation of therapists by guiding them through their licensure process.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling • A valid LPC license in good standing in the state of Colorado for a minimum of 2 years • Training and certification to serve as a clinical supervisor • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools • A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
