📋 Description

• Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure • Support associates delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community • Supervise according to professional judgment and Virginia board requirements • Guide the next generation of clinicians through licensure • Support documentation and compliance requirements for Medicaid work • Collaborate with associates as they build clinical skills

🎯 Requirements

• Valid LPC license in good standing in Virginia, with board approval to provide clinical supervision • Master’s degree in Counseling • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, own computer, and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus • Deep clinical experience and sound diagnostic judgment • Collaborative approach to working alongside associates • Skill in providing developmental feedback • Comfort supporting Medicaid documentation and compliance work
