📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population • Focus on clinical care while the company handles billing, insurance, and credentialing • Set personal hours and availability and choose which referrals to accept • Build a diverse caseload through the company’s referral network • Work with an independently licensed supervisor while accruing hours toward full licensure • Conduct therapy or assessment services using EHR systems and digital tools • Develop personalized treatment plans • Conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies • Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their goals

🎯 Requirements

• A valid LSW license in good standing in the state of Ohio • A Master’s degree in Social Work • Minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred • Additional languages are a plus • Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans • Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
