📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population • Focus on clinical care while the company handles billing, insurance, and credentialing • Select referrals and build a caseload based on personal availability • Conduct therapy or assessments and develop personalized treatment plans • Conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies • Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their goals • Work alongside an independently licensed supervisor while accruing hours toward full licensure

🎯 Requirements

• Valid LLMSW license in good standing in the state of Michigan • Master’s degree in Social Work • At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Proficiency in Spanish preferred; additional languages a plus • Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans • Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
