📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population • Focus on clinical care while the company handles billing, insurance, and credentialing • Set personal hours, availability, referral selection, and caseload • Build a diverse caseload through the company’s referral network • Work with an independently licensed supervisor to accrue hours toward full licensure • Conduct mental health assessments • Develop effective, personalized treatment plans • Collaborate with clients to achieve their goals

🎯 Requirements

• A valid LMSW license in good standing in the state of Missouri • A Master’s degree in Social Work • At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred • Additional languages are a plus • Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans • Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
