📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to the Medicaid population • Focus on clinical care while the company handles billing, insurance, and credentialing • Set personal hours, availability, referral choices, and caseload • Build a diverse caseload through the company’s referral network • Collaborate with an independently licensed physician where required by Massachusetts practice-agreement rules • Participate in optional peer consultation with independent clinicians • Deliver confidential virtual clinical sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing in Massachusetts • National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) • Prescriptive authority • Active DEA registration • Massachusetts controlled substance registration • Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred • Additional languages are a plus • Strong clinical judgment in managing psychiatric conditions across diverse populations • Patient-centered approach to medication management and treatment planning • Experience collaborating with therapists and other providers as part of a multidisciplinary care team • Commitment to equity in mental health access for Medicaid populations
