📋 Description

• Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians pursuing full licensure • Support clinicians delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community • Supervise according to professional judgment and state board requirements • Guide associates through licensure development • Provide feedback that develops clinicians’ skills • Support associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Valid license in good standing in New York, with board approval to provide clinical supervision • Master’s degree in Social Work • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, own computer, and reliable internet • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus • Deep clinical experience and sound diagnostic judgment • Collaborative approach to working with associates • Skill in developmental feedback • Comfort supporting Medicaid documentation and compliance work • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Current residence in the specified state • Independent licensure and board approval to supervise associates • Prior supervision of associates to full licensure • Prior therapy or counseling experience with Medicaid patients
