• 5+ years IT industry experience beneficial • Knowledge of large corporate or hospital IT systems a plus • Familiarity with top OS and brand environments • Passion for helping others with large scale electronic purchasing needs • Ability to explain concepts at customer’s knowledge level • Ability to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form
