📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to scope projects • Lead customer engagements, design solutions, and manage scope, timeline, and delivery • Conduct customer-facing Best Practice Reviews • Present recommendations and scope remediation • Build quick proofs-of-concept demonstrating future-state solutions • Use AI to develop repeatable tools, processes, and practices that improve efficiency and profitability • Drive expansion opportunities • Work on multiple projects concurrently • Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients • Share best practices and informally mentor colleagues • Serve as an individual contributor rather than a team lead

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in professional services or similar, implementing ONESOURCE Direct Tax solutions • Deep ONESOURCE Direct Tax expertise from day one • Hands-on experience using AI, such as Claude, to build customer solutions • Expert-level knowledge implementing ASC 740 tax provision processes • Experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision or ONESOURCE Income Tax, Workpapers, and Data Import • Experience with ONESOURCE DataFlow • Experience with ONESOURCE APIs • Experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, KNIME, or similar tools for ONESOURCE and tax-centric automations • Experience with Power BI or similar API-enabled dashboards • Advanced Excel-based tax workbook skills, including Power Query, OData connections, dynamic arrays, and Data Validation • Bachelor’s degree in taxation, accounting, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred • Excellent communication skills
