📋 Description

• Provide functional expertise across Workday HCM modules in support of client engagements • Support knowledge transfer and client enablement aligned with Three Link’s delivery methodology • Maintain current knowledge of Workday HCM enhancements, product updates, and leading practices • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with Three Link’s standardized deployment approach

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM in a consulting, implementation, or functional capacity • Strong functional understanding of Workday HCM modules (ie.Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent Optimization, Talent Management, Learning, Help, Peakon, and PEX) • Active Workday certification in HCM module • Experience working within a Workday Services Partner environment • Background in HR operations, HR technology, or enterprise software consulting • Experience communicating complex system functionality to business stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
