📋 Description

• Individual contributor role responsible for planning, development and execution of marketing strategies • Leverages data and analytics to drive key business decisions • Provides leadership to medium sized work streams or participates in larger projects • Works with premier field resources to support marketing development • Develops client acquisition, service and retention strategies • Acts as liaison with creative, compliance and internal groups • Gathers field, member and stakeholder feedback for alignment and effectiveness • Builds marketing intelligence through data sources • Contributes to marketing initiatives and projects • Plans and creates positioning of brand to select market segments • Seeks ways to leverage technology for effective marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 5 – 7 years marketing or related experience • College degree in marketing or related field; masters a plus but not required • Experience in a specialized area of marketing (direct marketing, e-marketing, communications, analytics, brand positioning, social networking media, etc.) and/or project/program management • Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service mindset • Demonstrates strong project management and collaboration skills • Applies a development mindset that uses creativity and marketing expertise to develop new, more effective and more efficient marketing approaches
