📋 Description

• Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians • Provide weekly group supervision • Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours • Provide at least seven hours per week of supervision, depending on resident caseload size • Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability per week • Provide documentation oversight • Coach resident clinicians on professional and clinical development • Complete weekly documentation evidencing supervision sessions • Complete coaching documentation for disciplinary or performance concerns • Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance issues • Provide evidence-based telehealth and face-to-face care to Florida clients • Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing

🎯 Requirements

• Must be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the specified location with an LCSW license • Must reside permanently within the state of Florida • Independently licensed and living in Florida — LCSW • Consistently available to clients • Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children • Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress • Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools • Minimum four years of clinical social work experience • Two years of clinical social work experience may be earned during a post-master's clinical internship; remaining two years must be post-licensure • Must have completed post-licensure supervision training through an eligible graduate course, continuing education course, post-graduate field-instructor course, or AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
