📋 Description

• Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians • Provide weekly group supervision • Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours • Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability per week; this is not a supervision-only position • Provide documentation oversight • Coach resident clinicians on professional and clinical development • Complete weekly documentation evidencing supervision sessions • Complete coaching documentation regarding disciplinary or performance concerns • Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance issues • Provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions with patients in Connecticut • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside permanently within the state of Connecticut • Independently licensed and living in Connecticut—LPC or LCSW • Must be a licensed professional counselor in good standing, licensed pursuant to chapter 383a, or a licensed clinical social worker in good standing, licensed pursuant to chapter 383b • Must be credentialed or willing to be credentialed in Connecticut with the specific license type: LPC or LCSW • Consistently available to clients • Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children • Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress • Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
