📋 Description

• Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians • Provide weekly group supervision • Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours • Maintain a clinical caseload and see clients for at least 10 hours of availability per week • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions with patients in Texas locations • Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients • Oversee documentation • Coach resident clinicians on professional and clinical development • Complete weekly documentation of supervision sessions • Complete coaching documentation for disciplinary or performance concerns • Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on performance issues • Use clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside permanently within the state of Texas • Independently licensed and living in Texas — LPC and LCSW • Must be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the applicable location with LPC or LCSW license type • LPC: full LPC license in good standing for 60 months, 40 clock hour supervision training, and application submission • LCSW: active license for two years, required application, 40 clock hour supervision training, and three hours of continuing education • Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples, children, and varied clients • Consistent availability to clients • Willingness to use telehealth and EHR tools • Willing to maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability per week • Willingness to provide documentation oversight • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
