📋 Description

• Deliver quality clinical care to Participants to help them reach agreed-upon goals for improved quality of life and wellbeing • Complete 30 direct counseling sessions per week • Take notes concurrently during sessions • Complete treatment plans and required documentation • Attend treatment team meetings with customers as applicable • Attend weekly Synchronous Health team meetings • Attend weekly clinical supervision meetings • Advocate for Participants' clinical needs • Liaise with Customer Success regarding customer needs • Apply successful models, techniques, and evidence-based practices • Support communication, outreach, and marketing materials and activities • Serve as the first escalation contact for dissatisfied Participants • Report unresolved participant concerns to the Operations team as the second escalation level • Keep abreast of developments in clinical care, including analog and digital techniques • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed MA LCSW or seeking LMHC • One year of outpatient clinical experience • Informed on state tele-health policies • Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-health • Capability to build a therapeutic relationship in a virtual platform • Polished, professional virtual presence • Strong ability to identify markers for an appropriate level of care to meet patient needs • Experience treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team • Ability to use technologies for administrative and clinical support, including scheduling, notes, chat, and web-based or app-based interventions • Ability to work remotely in a secure, private location • Access to a smartphone, laptop, and internet connection • Must pass a background check • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship • Bilingual is a plus
