📋 Description

• Provide clinical supervision remotely to employed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners • Conduct quarterly quality assurance with each NP • Be available via text/email Monday–Friday during business hours and respond within the same business day • Review charts/progress notes as required by state laws and governing bodies • Provide additional NP supervision based on clinical need or practice complexity • Complete a one-page Google Document after monthly supervision for each collaborating NP • Stay knowledgeable about company policies and program guidelines • Complete annual HR-required training

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO in Psychiatry • Active and unrestricted medical license in Texas • Active DEA registration in Texas • 3+ years of practice experience, or 1+ year if board-certified or hospital-based • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising residents or mid-levels • Willingness to take a minimum of 4 NPs • No malpractice payout, licensure disciplinary action, or criminal/professional investigations in the last 5 years • Must have a compact license, be willing to obtain one, or be licensed in multiple states • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
