📋 Description

• Provide telehealth sessions in California for mental health care • Deliver the best quality of care to Participants to help them reach their goals • Collaborate closely with the Operations team for improved efficiency • Attend treatment team meetings and participate in weekly health team meetings • Advocate for Participants and liaise closely with Customer Success activities • Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care and techniques • Support the development of communication and outreach materials • Serve as point of contact for Participant escalations and concerns • Report to Operations manager if escalations are unresolved

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed LCSW (license must be able to practice without supervision) • Experience working with children is preferred, not required, highly desirable. • Informed on state tele-health policies • Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-health • Capability to build a therapeutic relationship in a virtual platform • Polished, professional virtual presence • Strong ability to identify markers for the appropriate level of care to meet patient needs • Experience with treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team • Ability to use technologies as part of practice for administrative and clinical support (i.e. scheduling, notes, chat, web-based or app-based interventions) • Ability to work remotely, in a secure, private location (an outpatient office or home office is acceptable; coffee shops are not acceptable) • Access to a smartphone, a laptop, and an internet connection • Must pass a background check • Bilingual a plus
