📋 Description

• Provide telehealth sessions and compassionate, evidence-based mental health care • Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children • Help clients achieve measurable progress • Conduct intakes and diagnose according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor • Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing • Maintain availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly • Participate in clinical supervision and case consultations • Collaborate within a clinical community of more than 2,700 licensed providers

🎯 Requirements

• Provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Texas Licensure as a LPC in Texas • Approved by the board as a LPCA • Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Texas • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor is preferred • Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly • Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children • Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future
