📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients through ongoing telemedicine • Treat a diverse population with mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more • Provide care primarily to adults and adolescents, with future expansion across the lifespan • Prescribe medication as needed to reduce mental health symptoms • Create and collaborate with clients on care plans • Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools • Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines • Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services • Complete ADHD treatment training and certification exam • Refer clients to in-person providers when symptoms are too severe for telemedicine-only treatment

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required • Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state • Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus • 1 year of psychiatry practice is required • Must be licensed and live in the state in which they will be practicing • Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up • Required to complete in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a certification exam • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
