📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with franchisors across North America • Secure new clients and enhance the existing franchise footprint • Develop a comprehensive business strategy • Generate business opportunities through networking and cold calling • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure • Identify, cultivate, and track new franchise and multi-location opportunities • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas • Drive brand awareness and lead generation through networking, tradeshows, associations, webinars, and formal presentations • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key franchise stakeholders • Manage deals proactively, maintain forecast accuracy, and drive customer and prospect adoption and usage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required • Up to 2 years of related experience • 2+ years of related experience, preferred • Proven track record of sales excellence with knowledge of assigned territory and assigned accounts • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Working knowledge of the software and application development process • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with virtual and in-person presentations to large and small groups • Superior professional presence and business acumen • Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening, as required • Must successfully complete required training or orientation courses, as needed
