📋 Description

• Apply appropriate settings in our system to activate resale events, making them visible on our retail sites • Apply links for proper inventory display on multiple resale platforms • Verify event information for inventory listing • Monitor/apply data changes as needed to ensure event integrity and accuracy • Create/adjust artist and venue names as needed • Track multiple events and settings for reporting purposes • Troubleshoot and respond to customer needs • Identify system updates for continued process improvements • Maintain continuous inventory flow through the TMR systems • Provide support coverage through on-call and adjusting work hours

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and interpret complex data • Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-up • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment • Must have strong computer skills including MS Office and Outlook • Knowledge/Interest in live entertainment events is desired with a focus on sporting events • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends is necessary
