• Generate and execute sales plans with new and existing customers to achieve growth targets. • Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation strategies to drive sales growth. • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant and facility executives, to foster long-term partnerships. • Provide on-site and virtual technical support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges and escalating issues as needed. • Support clients with repairs and maintenance to uphold our chemistry / equipment programs. • Engage in problem-solving by conducting system analyses, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive training on Cesco products, verifying proper application equipment functionality, and troubleshooting operational issues. • Actively promote and support Cesco innovations and technology within assigned accounts to strengthen long-term business relationships. • Must be willing to travel as needed (30%-50%) throughout the region.
• 5+ years in the wastewater treatment industry, with a primary focus on meat packaging & processing facilities • Must have technical knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, including a variety of experience in food (packaging and processing) and beverage, mining, oil and gas, or related. • Must sit in Vernon, CA and willing to travel regionally.
