• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and end-users • Achieve annual sales and performance goals • Report to the Regional Sales Director • Conduct product demonstrations and installations • Manage sales forecasts and dealer profiles • Perform quarterly business reviews with dealers • Resolve sales, product, and service issues in a timely manner • Travel within the sales region
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education • A Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the sanitary supply industry or in a related industry • Experience and accomplishments in dealer channel management and end-user sales/account management • Strong work ethic, initiative in problem solving • Communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, including Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Proficient with Salesforce.com • Effective time and territory management skills • Must be willing and able to transport all company products for demonstrations • Capability of conducting product seminars and presentations
