• Set up, commission, and operate proprietary Cesco wastewater treatment pilot systems & establish relationships with current customers to support their water treatment needs at various sites • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pilot equipment, pumps, feed systems, controls, and related components • Support installation and startup of treatment equipment and chemical feed systems in heavy industrial environments • Collect, record, and analyze operational and performance data from pilot and full-scale systems • Use data to make informed, real-time adjustments to chemical programs and system operation to optimize performance • Assist in establishing and maintaining customer accounts for Cesco • Provide technical field support to Sales and Technical teams during trials, evaluations, and ongoing programs • Document system performance, service activities, and site conditions through service reports and internal communication • Ensure equipment and site work are completed safely and in compliance with customer and company safety standards • Support equipment logistics, preparation, and refurbishment between deployments
• 2 + years of technical experience in water treatment • 2 + years experience with plumbing and electrical, general mechanical skills • Must be able to communicate effectively • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Must be able to work outside of standard operating hours as needed; travel 50-90% throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
