📋 Description

• Lead the systems engineering function across delivery projects, owning the full lifecycle from requirements development through to verification and acceptance • Act as the lead business analyst on key projects, gathering, analysing, and translating business needs into detailed system requirements • Produce and maintain high-quality systems engineering documentation, including requirements specifications and verification and validation plans • Collaborate with solution architects and product teams to ensure requirements are feasible, aligned with solution designs, and clearly understood • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors • Oversee system verification activities, including test planning, test case development, and validation of delivered functionality • Ensure full traceability between requirements, design, development, and testing outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, business analysis, or technical requirements leadership roles • Strong background in requirements definition, systems design, and verification/validation processes • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
