📋 Description

• Own the Credit Card P&L, including monthly forecast-versus-actual processes, variance analysis, and financial reporting • Provide inputs to company-wide board and executive materials • Serve as the primary finance partner to Credit Card leadership and attend business-unit staff meetings • Identify financial risks and opportunities in real time and translate operating decisions into financial impact • Build and maintain the Credit Card unit economics model covering CAC, LTV, contribution margin, portfolio yield, delinquency, and loss curves • Evaluate new product, pricing, and credit-line initiatives • Lead Credit Card inputs to annual planning and quarterly reforecasts • Partner with Credit, Product, and Marketing to size and evaluate initiatives • Translate model and portfolio performance into financial terms for leadership • Identify risks and opportunities and proactively recommend strategic actions • Implement AI-enabled workflows for reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc modeling • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, bizops, management consulting, or investment banking • Lending, credit card, or consumer finance experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience owning a P&L or business unit's financial narrative at a senior level • Direct engagement with BU and executive leadership • Strong unit economics and financial modeling skills • Exposure to credit/lending economics, including loss rates, yield, CAC/LTV, ideally • Comfortable with SQL • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to drive efficiency in financial analysis or reporting • Experience building and scaling AI-assisted analysis workflows • Proven ability to build trust and influence with product, credit/risk, and marketing leaders • Resourceful, hands-on approach and comfort working in the details • Strong strategic thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems independently with minimal oversight • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfort presenting to senior, executive, and board-level audiences • Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred • Experience working across international markets or with global/multi-currency businesses is a plus
