📋 Description

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population • Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record • Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session • Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed • Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Active State License in NJ, additional state licensures a plus • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning • Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
