📋 Description

• Provide therapeutic counseling services to primarily young adult population • Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation • Develop treatment plans and progress notes following each session • Communicate with other teams to support care continuity as needed • Utilize evidence based modalities (SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, ACT)

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation • Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills • Background in community mental health or college counseling environment • Active State License in CA, additional state licensures a plus
