• Provide therapy and support to students using the TimelyCare platform • Identify client needs, collaborate on treatment goals, develop treatment plans, and guide clients to other appropriate TimelyCare services • Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population • Document concurrently and submit HIPAA-compliant documentation using TimelyCare’s electronic health record • Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes after each session • Communicate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to support care continuation • Adhere to documentation quality standards and codes of ethics • Establish treatment goals with students/clients and document accordingly • Use active listening skills and evidence-based modalities to build rapport, establish boundaries, and support care progress • Submit punctual documentation in the TimelyCare platform EHR • Adapt to changing population needs and remain composed during high-stress scenarios • Respond with empathy and professionalism while modeling respectful conduct
• Required: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Active state license(s) in Delaware • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning • Background providing services to young adults, adolescents, or at-risk populations, and/or experience in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment • Ability to use evidence-based modalities including SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT • Ability to submit HIPAA-compliant EHR documentation punctually • Ability to adapt to changing population needs • Ability to remain calm during potentially high-stress scenarios • Ability to respond with empathy and professionalism • Valid U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship unavailable • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP) preferred, not required
