📋 Description

• Provide therapy and support to students using the TimelyCare platform • Offer therapy for students, collaborating on treatment plans and identifying needs • Document therapy sessions and submit HIPAA compliant documentation • Communicate with other teams to support care continuation • Adhere to documentation quality and ethics standards

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Professional Counselors (LPC/LCMHC), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) • Active State License in VT, additional state licensures a plus • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning • Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
