📋 Description

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population • Document concurrently and submit HIPAA-compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record • Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes after each session • Communicate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to support care continuation • Adhere to documentation quality standards and code of ethics • Establish treatment goals with students/clients and document accordingly • Use active listening and evidence-based modalities to build rapport, establish boundaries, and progress care • Submit punctual documentation in the TimelyCare platform • Adapt to changing population needs • Model respectful conduct with students, peers, and support staff • Deliver 45–50-minute sessions within a 60-minute total appointment period

🎯 Requirements

• Required: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP) • Required: Bilingual or multilingual providers fluent in Arabic, Mandarin and/or Spanish • Active state license(s) • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning • Background providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, and/or experience in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment • Valid U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship is not available • Ability to use TimelyCare's electronic health record and submit HIPAA-compliant documentation • Knowledge of evidence-based modalities including SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT • Ability to remain calm during potentially high-stress scenarios and respond with empathy and professionalism
