📋 Description

• Provide therapy and support to students using the TimelyCare platform • Identify client needs, collaborate with students, and develop treatment plans • Guide students to appropriate TimelyCare services such as Medical and Psychiatry • Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to primarily young adults • Document concurrently using TimelyCare’s HIPAA-compliant electronic health record • Submit treatment plans and progress notes after each session • Communicate cross-functionally to support care continuation • Follow documentation quality standards and code of ethics • Establish treatment goals and document them appropriately • Use active listening and evidence-based modalities to build rapport, establish boundaries, and advance care • Submit punctual EHR documentation • Maintain professional conduct with students, peers, and support staff

🎯 Requirements

• Required: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Active State License in RI • Valid U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning • Background providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, community mental health, crisis triage, or college counseling • Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP) • Ability to use evidence-based modalities including SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT • Ability to remain calm during high-stress scenarios • Ability to respond with empathy and professionalism • Ability to adapt to changing population needs • Associate therapists are not applicable
