📋 Description

• Support day-to-day coordination of observational, interventional, and real-world evidence studies • Assist with study startup activities, including site onboarding, documentation, and timeline tracking • Maintain study schedules, task plans, and internal communication across stakeholders • Coordinate sample logistics, participant workflows, and data collection processes • Support IRB submissions, amendments, and continuing reviews with study leadership • Maintain accurate study documentation, including protocol files, consent forms, and essential trial documents • Ensure study activities follow HIPAA and applicable clinical research standards • Partner with Science, Bioinformatics, and Product teams to support metadata capture and study execution • Serve as a point of contact for external collaborators, research sites, and CRO partners • Translate study needs into clear operational processes and follow-through • Assist with clinical study reporting, progress updates, interim summaries, and final documentation • Support preparation of materials for abstracts, manuscripts, partner updates, and internal presentations • Track study metrics and help identify operational risks or bottlenecks early

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, clinical research, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in clinical research coordination, clinical operations, or a related role • Familiarity with IRB processes and human subjects research requirements • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects • Ability to manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication effectively • Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with evolving processes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience in biotech, diagnostics, digital health, or startup environments preferred • Background in pediatrics, maternal-infant health, or microbiome-related research preferred • Familiarity with electronic data capture tools, clinical trial management systems, or REDCap preferred • Experience coordinating external partners, sites, or CROs preferred • Work experience in DTC health/wellness companies preferred • Experience working remotely and proficiency in Slack preferred • Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity preferred
