📋 Description
• Oversee the comprehensive intake and logistical operations for prospective students to new incoming undergraduates • Lead the transition of all digital and physical credentials into the University’s systems • Ensure the swift and accurate processing of a high volume of transcripts, test scores, and supporting documents • Manage a pool of over 150,000 annual applications • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external delivery logistics related to application completion and recruitment efforts • Oversee all data entry and error-resolution processes • Foster a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity among the team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 2+ years of relevant experience • Ability to communicate with a diverse population verbally and in writing • Ability to supervise staff • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software • Ability to thrive in a high-volume organization with critical deadlines.
