📋 Description
• Lead IT Resiliency, Global Command Center, and Major Incident Management functions • Oversee IT Resiliency program for enterprise systems • Manage monitoring and incident response environment • Establish and govern major incident strategy and operating model within ServiceNow • Ensure integration with monitoring systems and regulatory compliance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • Master's Degree preferred • 10+ years of experience managing large and complex IT Resiliency programs • Knowledge of industry best practices around IT Resiliency (Disaster Recovery) • Expert level knowledge of IT Resiliency and Global Command Center Operations • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
