📋 Description

• Run backlog refinement • Decompose initiatives into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria • Maintain the requirements package and full traceability from requirements to tests in VA tools • Facilitate elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder reviews with VA logisticians and clinicians • Draft requirements analysis proposals for new intake requests, including scope, level of effort, and labor mix • Analyze data and build reports and process models • Support UAT and release validation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria on Agile/SAFe teams • Requirements traceability and backlog management in Jira and Confluence • Experience facilitating elicitation sessions and stakeholder reviews • Bachelor's degree • Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust • Must be able to obtain a VA PIV credential • CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe POPM preferred • VA, VHA logistics, or supply chain domain experience desired • SQL or Power BI for data analysis desired • UAT planning and execution desired
