📋 Description

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution • Manage smaller projects or project segments and deliver accurate status and progress updates • Identify and recommend maintenance and repair process improvements to senior staff and management • Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians • Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards • Continuously develop skills through training and hands-on experience with existing and new systems and products • Perform other duties and projects as assigned • Support network operations in the Denver market, with a territory centered around Aurora, Colorado • Apply technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance and reliability • Support radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred) • 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance • 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or other related experience • Basic operational knowledge of electronics and interconnecting circuits, including RF transmitters, antenna systems, AAV, fiber, microwave radio, AC-DC power systems, and AI • Practical knowledge of Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture, components, and operations (Required) • Understanding of wireless backhaul technologies and configurations, including microwave and fiber-based solutions (Required) • Experience with or ability to learn RAN equipment and 5G NR standards (Required) • Working knowledge of base station equipment, installation, configuration, and maintenance (Required) • Ongoing training, certifications, and hands-on development (Required) • Familiarity with disaster recovery protocols and contingency plans (Required) • Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues across hardware and software systems (Required) • Ability to plan, coordinate, and complete field assignments efficiently (Required) • Ability to provide hands-on technical assistance and field-level support (Required) • Attention to detail (Required) • Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability (Required) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and similar productivity tools; understanding of Internet Protocol and willingness to use AI-driven tools (Required) • Ability to use fiber test, line, and antenna test equipment (Preferred) • Flexible hours, including day and night work, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation (Required) • Ability to lift 50-70 pounds and work outside in the elements (Required) • Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a company-assigned vehicle • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Travel required • DOT-regulated position
