• Troubleshoot network performance issues, support outage resolution, and identify opportunities for operational improvement • Execute and support key projects, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and communication • Recommend process improvements and assist in developing documentation, job aids, and procedures • Stay current with evolving technologies, systems, and company standards
• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant field experience • 2–4 years of experience in field operations, maintenance, or related technical roles • 2–4 years of experience in wireless telecommunications or a related field • Basic knowledge of electronics and telecommunications systems (RF, fiber, microwave, Radio Access Networks (RAN), 5G New Radio (NR), Base Station technology, Wireless Backhaul, and/or power systems) • Experience with Ericsson and/or Nokia RAN equipment preferred • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation • Ability to lift 50–70 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Disaster Recovery Planning
