📋 Description

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts • Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required • Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management • Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians • Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards • Develop yourself through continuous learning – completing training requirements to stay current on existing and new systems and product in order to grow skills and to expand proficiency in alignment with organizational values and requirements. • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred) • 2-4 years - Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance. • 2-4 years - Wireless telecommunications or other related experience. • Electronics (Required) • Basic operational knowledge/understanding and theory of all interconnecting circuits to include but not limited to RF transmitters, antenna systems, AAV, fiber, microwave radio and AC-DC power systems. • RAN – Radio Access Network equipment – Experience/Familiarity with Nokia and/or Ceragon RAN and/or Ericsson RAN technology is a plus • Attention To Detail (Required) • Problem Solving - Solves problems using creativity and innovation. (Required) • Computer Fluency with ability to use programs such as Microsoft Office (Required) • Understanding of Internet Protocol. • Ability and willingness to incorporate AI into preparing solutions for and while triaging logical components. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated; exhibits initiative in achieving company goals and objectives. • Basic leadership skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks. • Able to work both independently and in a team environment. • Flexibility with ever-changing environments and priorities. • Flexible hours are a must. Day and night work is part of the job, as well as being part of an on-call rotation for the South Dakota/Wyoming market, which includes nights, weekends and holidays. • Ability to lift 50-70 pounds as well as being outside in the elements is an expected part of this role. • At least 21 years of age to operate a company assigned vehicle • Legally authorized to work in the United States
