📋 Description

• Lead hiring, training, and development of a high-performing outside direct sales team • Lead sales activities in a specific geographic area • Create and monitor sales plans to achieve sales goals • Ensure Account Executives excel against performance expectations • Increase market share and achieve or exceed subscriber, revenue, and churn targets • Meet or exceed overall sales quota for the assigned region • Implement field operational initiatives while maintaining high ethical and procedural standards • Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings • Interview, hire, train, and develop Account Executives • Conduct ongoing field mentoring and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required) • 4-7 years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment (Required) • 2 years people management responsibilities (Required) • Strong coaching skills, including conducting difficult conversations and change management (Required) • Ability to confidently present to large groups and one-on-one (Required) • Proven track record of high-yield business sales success (Required) • Well-honed negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving (Required) • Familiarity with basic HR/recruiting processes (Required) • Proven leadership abilities (Required) • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) • 2 years telecommunications/technical sales (Preferred) • Willingness to travel
